- Compare the rates of cCR, cancer specific, distant metastases-free, and surgery-free survival of baseline CN+ patients undergoing extended nCRT with standard nCRT
- Discuss the patterns of regrowth and type of salvage therapy in patients with baseline node positive (cN+) rectal cancer with node negative rectal cancer patients after neoadjuvant chemoradiation (nCRT) with a complete clinical response (cCR) for organ preservation
